Latest Project Update (July 2008)

An in-depth analysis of the Preferred Alternative identified in the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) was conducted, and the results of this analysis were documented in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) approved in June 2008.
