LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR INTERSTATE 40 NEAR MAYFLOWER


LITTLE ROCK (10-3) 

    Crews working on Interstate 40, between Mayflower and Conway, will require lane closures this weekend, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.

   Crews making improvements will require the following lane closures, weather permitting:

 October 3 – October 6, 2003          Friday - Monday

7:00 p.m. Friday to 2:00 p.m. Monday         One westbound lane will be closed from                      Mile Marker 134 to 131.

      After Monday, no lane closures are scheduled at that location through the remainder of the

 workweek.

          As always, motorists are urged to “Think Ahead,” “Buckle Up” and exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
