Bridge Maintenance to Cause Temporary Closuer of Highway 62B White River Bridge in Cotter

            LITTLE ROCK (9-18) -- Crews from the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department will be performing maintenance on the U.S. Highway 62B White River Bridge in Cotter, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

            Repairs on the bridge will begin Tuesday, September 26 and continue each day for approximately two weeks, weather permitting. To accommodate the equipment, all lanes of the bridge will be closed during the repair period.

            Vehicles will use the U.S. Highway 62 bridge to access Cotter while work is being completed.
