NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Monday, September 17

6:00 p.m.-    Attending reception and dinner at the Hope Country Club sponsored by the City of Hope and Hempstead County.

Tuesday, September 18

7:00 a.m.-     Meeting with Arkansas Economic Development                 Commission and local officils at the University of Arkansas Community College in Hope.

Thursday, September 20

6:00 p.m. -     Attending a dinner of the 4-lane Highway 412 NOW Coalition at Sportsman's Resort in Flippin.
